Congratulations to our friend and partner Jennifer Nijman on her 2020 election to the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL). Jennifer joins existing ACOEL Fellow Susan Franzetti as a member of this prestigious College and is one of twenty-eight lawyers elected this year.
ACOEL President Andrea Field noted that the new Fellows are “…Drawn from all parts of the country, they represent the very best environmental lawyers in government service, public interest, academia, and private practice…”
The ACOEL is a professional association of distinguished lawyers who practice in the field of environmental law. Membership is by invitation and members are recognized by their peers as preeminent in their field. ACOEL members are dedicated to: maintaining and improving the ethical practice of environmental law; the administration of justice; and the development of environmental law at both the state and federal level.
Congratulations to all of the newly elected Fellows and our own Jennifer Nijman!
