With more than thirty years of environmental law experience, Jacquie Vidmar brings a wealth of knowledge to transactional and regulatory matters and disputes.  Clients rely on her to assess and manage environmental risks and achieve practical solutions tailored to their business goals.  Ms. Vidmar was formerly a partner and vice-chair of the environmental and energy practice group of a large national law firm. Ms. Vidmar excels in:

• Complex regulatory permitting and compliance matters, especially Clean Air Act requirements, including new source review and PSD obligations
• Defense of governmental enforcement actions by state and federal agencies under the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, RCRA and state laws
• Contaminated property disputes, including navigating and interpreting provisions of purchase and sale agreements and indemnities
• Remediation and brownfields development
• Due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions
• Special regulations applicable to certain substances and wastes, including asbestos, lead and pharmaceutical waste

Ms. Vidmar represents companies in a variety of industries throughout the United States, assisting manufacturers, public utilities, power generators, health care and pharmaceuticals companies, real estate portfolio managers and institutional investors.
